These Terms of Service apply to the JFTF Ministry website, online donation forms, consultation requests, and the optional donor text-messaging program. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Website Use and Information
Use our website and forms for lawful purposes. Provide accurate information and submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not impersonate others, misuse payment details, interfere with the website, or submit malicious or misleading content. Contact us to correct an error in a submission.
2. Donations and Payment Processing
A donation is a voluntary contribution to JFTF Ministry, not the purchase of a ceremony package or a guarantee of assistance or a particular outcome. Review the amount and contact details before submitting. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method for the amount shown.
Square processes online payments. A donation is completed only when the payment succeeds. A failed or pending payment is not confirmation that funds have been received. Keep your payment confirmation for your records. A donation does not authorize additional or recurring charges unless you separately and expressly select and approve such an arrangement.
3. Payment Questions and Errors
If you believe you entered the wrong amount, made a duplicate donation, or notice an unauthorized payment, email [email protected] promptly with the date, amount, and transaction reference if available. Do not include full card details or security codes. We will review the issue and any requested correction or refund, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
4. Receipts and Tax Treatment
A payment confirmation or receipt documents the transaction. It does not by itself establish that a contribution qualifies for a tax deduction. Any eligibility for a deduction depends on applicable requirements and your circumstances. Consult your tax professional when needed.
5. Consultations and Ceremony Reservations
A complimentary consultation provides an opportunity to discuss ministry services, preferences, and availability. Scheduling a consultation does not reserve a ceremony date. Ceremony reservations require separate availability confirmation and the applicable signed agreement and payment. The separate ceremony agreement governs package details, payment schedules, travel, cancellations, and rescheduling.
6. JFTF Ministry Donor Text Messages
If you affirmatively opt in, JFTF Ministry may send non-marketing SMS messages about donation confirmations, receipt notifications, and coordination of donations or sponsorships. Some messages may be sent through automated systems. Message frequency varies with your requests and transactions. Your carrier's message and data charges may apply.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to donate or submit a form. Giving us a phone number without selecting the consent box does not authorize enrollment in this SMS program. This program does not include unrelated marketing or future fundraising appeals.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any JFTF Ministry text. We may send one confirmation, after which messages under this program will stop. To join again, provide a new affirmative opt-in through our form. For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected]. Please notify us if your phone number changes or you no longer control it.
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or are not delivered. Text messaging should not be used for emergency assistance. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records.
7. Availability and External Services
We work to keep information and services available and accurate, but availability, schedules, and technical functionality may change. Payment, scheduling, and communication features rely on external providers and may occasionally be interrupted. Contact us if a form or payment does not work as expected.
8. Changes and Contact
